Services Offered Mister Martini provides premium mobile bartending experiences, cocktail menu curation, and event-based service packages tailored to your event needs. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed via written agreement after receiving your booking request. 2. Age & ID Requirements All event hosts and guests must comply with the legal drinking age applicable in their location. ✔ Clients must be 21 years or older to book services. ✔ Government-issued photo ID may be required prior to or during the event. ✔ The client is solely responsible for ensuring alcohol service at the venue complies with all local laws and liquor licenses. 3. Booking & Payment Policy Booking requests may be submitted via our website, email, or direct message. A non-refundable deposit is typically required to confirm your date (amount varies by package). Full payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods may include credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or other agreed-upon channels. Events are not guaranteed until payment is received. 4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds Booking modifications must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made with more than 14 days' notice may receive a partial refund, excluding deposits. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable, except in cases of verified emergencies. Mister Martini reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all payments will be refunded in full or credited toward a future event. 5. Event Liability & Conduct Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of guests at the event. Mister Martini is not liable for property damage, over-intoxication, guest misconduct, or any injuries sustained during or after the event. Service may be refused to any guest who appears intoxicated or acts inappropriately. If venue conditions are unsafe or violate health/legal standards, the bartender may leave with no refund due. 6. Intellectual Property All branding, cocktail concepts, images, logos, and custom experiences developed by Mister Martini are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing from this site may be reused, reposted, or rebranded without written permission. 7. Website Use & Content You may browse this site for informational or booking purposes. You agree not to: Impersonate Mister Martini or falsely represent your affiliation. Copy or misrepresent content for personal or business use. Interfere with website functionality or hack into secure areas. Mister Martini reserves the right to restrict or remove access to any user suspected of violating these terms. 8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
